The plans include associated parking, drainage and landscaping infrastructure on a plot of land west of Camperdown Leisure Park, Dundee.
The plans will be submitted by LJR+H Architects on behalf of Dark Blue Property Holdings.

As part of the pre-application consultation process, the applicant will hold a public presentation and drop-in event at the Dundee Ice Arena on Friday 22nd September.
At the event, members of the public can see preliminary drawings and talk to representatives of the applicant about the development.
There will also be feedback leaflets available to allow for the submission of comment.
